Welcome to TableVote, operated by K-Bar, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the TableVote application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TableVote is a group restaurant decision app that helps groups of people decide where to eat by swiping through nearby restaurant options and finding mutual agreement. The App is provided "as is" for entertainment and convenience purposes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TableVote. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
TableVote does not require user accounts. You provide a display name when creating or joining a table. You are responsible for any activity conducted under the display name you choose. Do not use offensive, misleading, or impersonating names.

Restaurant data displayed in the App (names, ratings, hours, photos, addresses) is provided by Google Places API and is not verified by us. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of restaurant information including operating hours, menu availability, or pricing. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.
TableVote offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("TableVote Pro"). Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are governed by Apple's policies. We do not directly process any payment information.
The TableVote name, logo, design, and code are the property of K-Bar, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission. You may share screenshots of your results for personal, non-commercial use.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K-BAR, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K-Bar, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Calhoun County, Alabama.
